TIFFANIE enchants with its clever cut that flatters your silhouette. The slightly raised, gathered waist emphasizes the slimmest part of your figure while gently concealing tummy and hips. The feminine cache-coeur neckline and tulip-shaped skirt make this dress a stylish choice – perfect for everyday business wear or a lovely dinner out.

Available in sizes (XS) 34 to XXL (44), total length from shoulder approx. 102 cm in size M (may vary slightly by size), measured straight down from the highest shoulder point. Additional sizes available upon request. Custom-made items are excluded from exchange or return.

For a custom fit, we require the following measurements:
- Height
- Bust circumference
- Waist circumference (narrowest point)
- Hip circumference (widest point)
Custom orders are non-returnable.

Custom Color Options:
We are happy to make this dress in your desired color. You can find all available colors on our → color chart for TENCEL™ Modal and viscose (bamboo cellulose) jersey. Please note that these are custom-made items and therefore non-returnable. Due to different screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person.

If you are exactly between two sizes, we recommend as a basic rule: if you like to wear your things tightly, then please choose the smaller size. If you prefer a more casual way of wearing, then choose the next size up. When it comes to tops, the chest size is the most important factor.

Return & Refund Policy

We do our best to give your the best possible products and service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns from outside EU it is essential to write in capital letters RETURN/RETOURE on the outside of the parcel AND to attach the receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to do so will result in deducting our customs costs from the refundable amount. Please cut off the section attached to the return information card, fill in your name and order number and include it in your parcel. This helps us to correctly identifying your order and arrange the refund quicker. To improve our service and products it helps us if you can let us know the reason for your return.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you in case something is not right. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items to us. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of returned goods. For your peace of mind, please use a service which is trackable.
