INGORIA philosophy
This garment will be sewn for you with love and care in our Hemmoor workshop after receipt of the order. Each piece of clothing is therefore a small individual piece far away from mass production. Our garments are made exclusively from certified fabrics, and we attach great importance to fair working and production conditions. If you need the garment by a specific date, you are welcome to email us with a request. We will then make your order on your desired date.

If you are exactly between two sizes, we recommend as a basic rule: if you like to wear your things tightly, then please choose the smaller size. If you prefer a more casual way of wearing, then choose the next size up. When it comes to tops, the chest size is the most important factor.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns from outside EU it is essential to write in capital letters RETURN/RETOURE on the outside of the parcel AND to attach the receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to do so will result in deducting our customs costs from the refundable amount. Please cut off the section attached to the return information card, fill in your name and order number and include it in your parcel. This helps us to correctly identifying your order and arrange the refund quicker. To improve our service and products it helps us if you can let us know the reason for your return.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you in case something is not right. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items to us. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of returned goods. For your peace of mind, please use a service which is trackable.
