Description

Plain shirts are of course one of the most important basics in your wardrobe. But many are disappointing, thin, see-through and some lose shape and color after the first wash. Fortunately, far from mass-produced goods, there are pleasant exceptions. The double-layered reversible shirt ALEX brings a varied combination artist into your wardrobe. Not only versatile but also sustainable, because it is made from a bamboo viscose with elastane content. A perfect basic piece that doesn't show up under figure-hugging blazers.

Available in size (XS) 34 to XXL (44), total length: 65 cm for size M (may vary depending on size). Other sizes / custom-made products (+ 15, - EUR) are available on request. These are excluded from exchange / return.

Desired color
We are also happy to produce this shirt in the color of your choice, see → color card (Modal (Tencel) and viscose made of bamboo fiber jersey - uni). All available colors can be found on the color card. These are custom-made and can therefore not be returned. Please note that there may be deviations in the display due to different screen settings.

After receiving your order, this garment will be sewn for you with love and care in our Hemmoor studio. So every piece of clothing is a small one-off piece, far removed from mass production. Our garments are made exclusively from certified fabrics, and we attach great importance to fair working and production conditions. If you need the item of clothing by a specific date, you are welcome to send us an email with an inquiry. Sometimes we are faster than advertised.

If you are exactly between two sizes, we recommend as a basic rule: if you like to wear your things tightly, then please choose the smaller size. If you prefer a more casual way of wearing, then choose the next size up. When it comes to tops, the chest size is the most important factor.

We do our best to give your the best possible products and service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns from outside EU it is essential to write in capital letters RETURN/RETOURE on the outside of the parcel AND to attach the receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to do so will result in deducting our customs costs from the refundable amount. Please cut off the section attached to the return information card, fill in your name and order number and include it in your parcel. This helps us to correctly identifying your order and arrange the refund quicker. To improve our service and products it helps us if you can let us know the reason for your return.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you in case something is not right. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items to us. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of returned goods. For your peace of mind, please use a service which is trackable.
